WEST MAIN CLINICAL OFFICES

This project, currently under construction, was developed for the University of Virginia's Medical Center by the University of Virginia Foundation. Located on vacant and underutilized land adjacent to Charlottesville's Main Street, the project will inlcude a 180,000 sf mixed-use retail and clinical office building, a 1000-space five-level parking garage, and an enclosed pedestrian bridge spanning the nearby railraod track and adjacent street. The pedestrian-friendly office and retail building will front West Main, while the parking garage will remain tucked behind it and neighboring shops.

Designed by Mitchell/Matthews in collaboration with ODELL Associates, the West Main Clincial Office building's state-of-the-art facilities will be located near the existing Univrsity medical Complex and proposed Cancer Center.
