Sorority House #6:
Washington & Lee University
Lexington, VA

  • Completed 2011

The master plan at W&L provided a variety of student living arrangements on a campus where approximately 80% of the student body has a Greek Life affiliation.  Sorority House #6, constructed for the W&L chapter of Alpha Delta Phi will provide a full-service 20-bed residence hall along the existing sorority promenade.  The brick house is designed to complement the architecture of the adjacent sorority houses and is the primary meeting space for the sorority residents and all of its members.  The LEED-eligible design accommodates privacy in the Co-ed use of the facility during the University summer orientation program along with improved ADA accessibility.
