Campus Walk is a mixed-use residential and office project located on a former automotive site on the edge of downtown, adjacent to the central campus of Longwood University.  The 65,000sf four-story building will accommodate apartment-style student units on the top of three floors and 15,000sf of office, academic and clinical space on the first floor.  Influenced by the scale and rhythm of the existing, traditional architecture in the central business district, this contemporary building design intentionally corresponds to the University's predominant material pallet and the town's historic brick warehouses.
